Customer takes photos
Customer initiates the return from the retailer website or QR code. Customer provides the initial condition information and is guided to take photos of the returned products to submit the return request. Renow’s take back UI guides the customer smoothly through the process, which on average takes only a few minutes.
Renow AI verifies the condition and approves the return
Based on the images and input from customers, Renow’s AI based grading engine inspects the product instantly, gives return a correct grade and approves or declines the return. The engine operates with human oversight in case of unclear cases. Approved product gets Inspected by Renow stamp and is ready for immediate relisting.
Renow lists the product for resales
Based on the condition information product is near instantly relisted either as new or as almost new product. On average more than 85% of the customer returns are in a very good condition and instantly resellable as new. Products are relisted either on retailers main site or as almost new products on 3rd party marketplaces that Renow connects to like Renow Outlet.
